Lalloo Solicitors
Privacy information
This information explains the features of this website and how to contact the practice about privacy.
Who is responsible?
Dalippe Lalloo, practising as Lalloo Solicitors, is the operator and data controller for nowinnofeesolicitorsdublin.com. For privacy questions or requests, email info@injured.ie, call 01 664 1800 or write to Alexandra House, 3 Ballsbridge Park, Dublin 4, D04 C7H2.
Browsing and technical information
This website has no enquiry form, analytics script or advertising tag of its own. Images, styles and scripts are hosted with the site. Hostinger provides the hosting. Technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested page and browser information may be processed through hosting and security records.
We use that information to deliver and protect the website, investigate faults or abuse and handle related disputes. The basis is our legitimate interest in those functions under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), subject to your rights. Where an applicable legal duty requires processing, the basis is Article 6(1)(c).
Enquiries made to the practice
Our enquiry links open injured.ie. If you telephone or email us, we receive the information you choose to give. Responding to an enquiry about requested legal services relies on steps taken at your request before a contract, or the performance of a contract, under Article 6(1)(b).
Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we need enough information and a way to reply. The practice privacy statement explains enquiry and client information, including health information and recipients involved in a legal matter. Avoid sending detailed medical records or unnecessary personal information in an initial enquiry.
Optional third-party content and your choice
Optional third-party content stays blocked until you enable optional features. The feature currently offered is an embedded Google Map. With your consent, loading it connects your browser to Google, which may receive your IP address and browser or device information and use cookies or similar storage under Google's privacy policy. Google may process information outside the European Economic Area.
Use Accept all, Reject optional or Manage preferences and Save choices to make your choice. You can use Cookie settings at any time to change it. Turning optional features off and saving your choices removes loaded optional content and prevents it from loading again. This does not reverse information already sent or delete cookies Google may have set. Those can be managed through your browser or Google's privacy controls. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing before withdrawal.
Remembering your privacy choice
We use the necessary browser local storage key lalloo_cookie_consent_v1 to remember your choice. It stores only a version number, a true-or-false maps field for the optional content permission and the saved and expiry times, with no visitor identifier. It is not used for analytics or advertising. A choice is valid for up to 180 days; an expired record is cleared when the website next reads it. You can clear it using your browser's site-data controls. The choice applies separately on each website domain. See Cookie choices for the controls and further details.
Service providers and international processing
Hostinger and providers supporting hosting, security, maintenance and backups may process information needed for those services. Google receives information when you choose to load its map or open its directions service.
Provider processing may occur outside the European Economic Area. Hostinger’s Data Processing Addendum describes its processing and international transfer arrangements, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Google’s transfer information explains its safeguards, including applicable adequacy frameworks and standard contractual clauses. Contact the practice for further information about safeguards relevant to your data.
How long information is kept
Our retention criteria for technical and security records are the time needed to operate and protect the website, investigate incidents or deal with a dispute. Removal from live systems does not necessarily remove a copy held in a recovery backup. Contact the practice for the period or criteria applicable to a particular record.
Retention of enquiries and client records is addressed in the practice privacy statement. This website does not maintain a separate enquiry-form database.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. These rights are not absolute; for example, an applicable duty to retain information or the handling of a legal claim may affect a request.
Use the contact details above to exercise a right. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. You can also raise a concern with Ireland’s Data Protection Commission. The Commission explains the information and rights available under data protection law.
